FAQ’s

  • Can I bring in my own garments?

While we do prefer to see garments in person to determine that they are able to be customized, most standard garments are able to be directly embroidered.

Supplied garments intended for printing will need to be reviewed - however our trusted distributors offer wide selections of garments that are perfect for printing!

  • What are your order minimums?

We request a minimum of 18 garments for all printing orders. Garments can be mixed by size, garment style, and color to meet this minimum. Please note that there may be an additional charge if an ink color change is needed with the selected garment colors.

We request a minimum of 12 garments for embroidery orders - 6 if in combination with a printing order.

For all customer supplied embroidery orders, the minimum begins at 1. For 12 or more garments for these orders, the setup charge will be waived.

  • What are your setup charges?

Setup charges are waived for orders that meet the suggested order minimum and are supplied though our distributors, or are 12 or more customer supplied garments in embroidery.

Orders with less than 12 customer supplied garments, and orders that are less than our suggested order minimums may include additional setup charges based on the artwork.

  • What type of art files should I send?

Our design team can work with just about any art file that you have - including hand drawn images or photos taken from a previous garment you’d like recreated.

PDF, EPS, AI, CDR, and EMB files are what we mostly use, but other files also accepted.

  • What is a prepro?

Priority offers the option to see a ‘prepro’ - or preproduction sample prior to your order being run. This helps us assure you that your design, garment, and color are all correct and to your liking before we run your order.

These samples can be viewed in person in our shop, shipped to you, or by photo via email or text.

Please note that we need approval of the sample before we continue production. Expected runtimes are subject to change if we do not hear back regarding the sample.

  • Do you provide shipping?

If preferred, we offer complimentary shipping via UPS with every order. If shipping in IL, we typically see a 2 day expected shipping time.

Tracking information will be sent via email after UPS has collected your shipment from our facility.
